Who is AvantiFlex?
AvantiFlex is a staffing organization that helps people find work every day in sectors such as logistics, production, food, cleaning and hospitality. We have been doing this for years, with one clear conviction: if you treat people well, they work better, stay longer and customers are more satisfied.
That’s why we arrange everything around work properly and transparently. Not just the contract, but also everything around it. From housing to transportation. From payroll to supervision. We are not a quick mediator who disappears after placement. We stay involved. Even when the going gets tough.

Our team
AvantiFlex is a flat organization. No suits, no barriers. The office staff have all worked in production at client sites themselves. Therefore, we know what the work entails and what colleagues experience. We do everything together. Including the “dirty work”.
